Autonomous Decentralized System

Some systems are constructed from many homogenous subsystems: cells compose a biological organ, human compose society, countries compose world and so on. Such system sometimes have no supervisors that manage the whole system: the local interactions among subsystems produce the property or function in a bottom-up manner. Autonomous decentralized system is such a system that is expected to possess an adaptability based on the local subsystems’ interaction. This study discusses the adaptability of Autonomous decentralized system by taking coupled-oscillator systems as an exampel.
